Team Healey-Driscoll boasts nearly 400 endorsements, showcasing a broad coalition of support across the state

Boston, MA —Today, Team Healey-Driscoll launched an endorsements page on their website, touting the endorsements of local leaders, unions, and advocacy groups across Massachusetts. This comes as Governor Maura Healey and Lieutenant Governor Kim Driscoll are set to take the stage at the Massachusetts Democratic Convention this weekend and outline their vision for a second term, centered on affordability, steady leadership, and everything that’s at stake in this election.

The list of endorsements includes:

In their first term, Governor Healey and Lieutenant Governor Driscoll is tackling the housing crisis by building 100,000 new homes across the state, banning renter-paid broker’s fees, and giving first-time homebuyers $25,000 toward their down payments. They worked to lower energy costs by opposing rate hikes by utility companies, filing legislation to bring all forms of energy into the state, and taking costs off utility bills. Governor Healey is fighting for affordable healthcare by eliminating prior authorization requirements for routine care, and she’s the first governor to cap health care deductibles and co-pays. They’ve worked to lower costs all while protecting Bay Staters’ from Donald Trump’s  unconstitutional, destructive actions at every turn.
